It is made with a special, heat-sensitive coating, so, when any hot liquid is added, it changes color to reveal your design against a bright, white background. It may seem simple, but, trust us, a morphing mug never fails to surprise and delight.

I was surprised a bit when it arrived. Our students had designed them and I was the purchaser. So at first, I thought "dark logo on dark mugs". But then when I filled the mug with hot liquid, voila - they morphed into a gorgeous gift for our supporters. FYI - the next time there is a sale on mugs, we'll buy a bunch. :). Printing was excellent.!
