The Alex Mandarino Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping save the lives of children with pediatric cancers. The foundation was started by Tony and Katie Mandarino to honor the courage and strength of their son, Alex, who at age 5 died from the rare childhood cancer, neuroblastoma. Alex’s story continues to inspire many and with your support, will help fund a cure that will bring happiness to thousands of families.

I like how you can customize pretty much any shirt! I gave this to my boyfriend as a christmas present, and it's his favorite colors, style, and phrase all in one! He loved it and it didn't have additional costs. As for shipping: Yes it arrived late, but it was during Christmas so I totally understand.
