Great customer service. The first draft I didn't quite like the vertical type (it was too large, and the margins were too thin). I called, and they immediately offered to re-do it for free.
I am very happy with the customer service. I'm ready to order re-prints! The first draft was a little off, but then I realized I wasn't using the editing tools to the fullest advantage. Overall, colors were as expected.
