Cards arrived quickly so no complaints there. Ordered a "metallic texture" business cards to hopefully impress with a nice finish people are not accustomed too. I also chose the ultra thick premium paper. The finish is grey, not metallic. The ultra thick paper is really two business cards with a black core sandwiched together. Trying to do a return and get some customer service has been very tough. It's been a week and still no progress other then the fact that we have established I want a credit to get some cards that have a better finish. Would not recommend these cards, pretty plain for the price. The printing was fine, the finish was not as advertised. The customizations were nice and easy to use, I'll try again with my credited second attempt!
