Modern Pink Black Painted Marble Pattern Case-Mate iPhone Case

I ordered this for our daughter for Christmas. When she tried to put it on her phone it was difficult and once on we realized it had a slight variation in the way it was cut. On Monday after Christmas I went to their website to see how I could return it or order a duplicate. I was able to “chat” with a CS rep, Martin. Told him what happened. He sent me an email with a link. I simple took a picture of the product and attached it to the return email. Within hours I received a response that the product had been remade AND was on its way to my daughter via overnight UPS. The new product was PERFECT and the customer service was more then AMAZING!!!!! I had initially ordered a second phone cover for our other daughter and that one fit perfectly. The printing was perfect. It was clear and the coloring was perfect

We bought this case as a gift for a good friend living in New Zealand. She promptly took it on a holiday to the beautiful coastal town of Coromandel and sent us some pics. As you can see, the phone fit right in and had a splendid time! The colors are vibrant and fresh and true to the images on Zazzle's website. Very nicely done!

The image on this phone case is of one my 90 year old mom's favorite roses, a "Double Delight". I ordered one for her 90th! Case fits her phone well, feels nice in hand and the control button covers don't hinder operation in any way, the last being an important factor with old hands. The printing came out great, brighter and shinier than the store image.
