I’m very disappointed that I can’t give a 5-star review due to customer service issues. Shortly after finalizing and submitting my order, I requested a small business name change. Customer service informed me that no changes could be made. As a result, I’m now stuck with business cards I won’t be able to use, despite paying $29.39 including shipping.
I’m a returning customer and have ordered from Zazzle before. In the past, I was able to make changes without any issues, so this experience was unexpected and disappointing.
