Oldham cartoon characters postcard
The landmarks and icons of Oldham, in Greater Manchester, England, featuring a stylised cartoon character versions of its exports and townscape, including (from left to right) a rag pudding holding up chips from the world's first chip shop, a Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) bus stop holding cotton spindle, a traditional red-brick terraced house, a Metrolink tram carrying test tube babies, and finally, the Civic Centre holding up a tubular bandage. Oldham is spelled out in traditional red brick and sandstone, with cotton flower embellishment.
