Loved how this product turned out. The mug itself is very high quality, and the design turned out great. I wasn't too sure how the printing on the mug would hold up to being washed, but it works really well. There actually seems to be a clear coating over the print so it doesn't fade or wash off. That was a great idea. The overall printing is clear and perfect and looks just like the site.

The design is gorgeous and I love the ability to customize the colors of the mug. I chose the two-tone mug with maroon to complement the design of the flowers and love how it turned out. I only wish I had made the handle colored too (the "combo" mug). Perfect gift for any occasion! The colors of the mug were gorgeous and the print was a decent quality. There was a little speck of gold that didn't print in big block letter of the name but I don't mind. I bought the item on sale (<$10) and for the price I paid I thought the quality was reasonable.
