Paleo Diet Healthy Eating Portion Control Plate

This plate, rimmed with terms related to the Paleo Diet, offers an easy way to begin eating farm-to-table, more compassionately, naturally, and more mindfully. Simply fill the green section of the plate with non-starchy vegetables, fill the salmon-colored section with high-quality, humanely raised proteins, fill the purple section of the plate with low-glycemic index fruits (lists are easy to find online), use the fats in the yellow section in a proportion of 10% during a day, and fill the blue section with nuts and seeds. Stay away from refined sugars, grains, dairy products, and all processed foods, and drink 64 ounces of water to keep well hydrated.
