Perfect size for my 10 year old. We created the design. So easy to do and they have lots of great options. Printing didn’t turn out as expected. I reached out to their customer service team. Their response was better than anticipated. They immediately confirmed they would correct it. They reprinted it and send out the replacement with expedited shipping. Zazzle went above and beyond and we will certainly continue to order from them. We also purchased 5 other masks for ourselves. We think they are great. .

Mask is well made. However it is thick fabric, which does make it hard for others to hear you speak and you do have to take "mask breaks" to get fresh air, especially with this summer heat. Due to my own ordering error, I did not get a custom message on mask.
