Personalized Heart Shaped Christmas Ornament

After I got engaged, I went a little DIY crazy and decided I wanted to do most of the wedding decor and accessories myself. I've always been very crafty and it was very important to me that our wedding fit our personalities and wasn't "cookie cutter." I made my sash and headpiece from the lace of my mother's wedding dress and vintage pearl beads from my grandmother and created a hanger with my future last name to hang my wedding dress on. Friends and family insisted that other brides would love to have a "handcrafted" wedding, but might not have the time or inclination to do it, so they encouraged me to sell my creations, which is how my Etsy shop began! I love that I get to add a special touch to another bride's special day and create a keepsake they will have forever. After I had my daughter, I started making children's hangers as well because I wanted something adorable to hang her special occasion dresses on. Personalized hangers also make wonderful keepsake gifts for graduates and those celebrating white coat ceremonies. I am so thankful that I am able to work from home and spend as much time as possible with my daughter.
