This binder can hold all your information, journal pages, photos, expenses and more or your new household projects. Has a pale blue color background. The front has "New house project" at the top that you can change if you wish. Uner that it has an image of a drawn house. Under the image is "Smith Household" that you can change to whatever you want it to say. The spine has the same words that you can change too, and a smaller image of the drawn house. The back has a larger image of the drawn house and a place with "Smith household" that you can change. Also has a place where you can add your list of family names if you wish or you can take it off or put something completely different if you wish. You can also add your address if you wish or change it to something else completely. Matches the other new house products in this store.

The quality is really good. It is sturdy, well-made, and exactly what I was hoping for. I loved that I was able to customize them exactly the way I wanted, and the spine comfortably fit our eight-letter last name, which made the personalization feel complete and special.
My parents passed away within months of each other in 2025, and I now have their red recipe box filled with so many meaningful family recipes. I wanted to share these with my siblings, so I copied all the recipes in color and placed them in sheet protectors inside the binders.
