Zazzle does a great job putting images onto mugs. As a block print artist, I am accustomed to creating designs on mulberry paper, but now my wife can drink her tea while essentially holding her favorite one of my 12 x 18 prints.

Was not happy with my tumbler. The colors are so faded and not all like the preview shown online. I've ordered quite a few tumblers throughout the years. They've usually come out beautifully. But this tumbler looks like the ink was running low or something and it was just thrown together. I really am disappointed and dissatisfied. I really want a replacement with the color more sharper... The wording and pic also are not very clear and as shown online. Contacting customer service gives me anxiety now because we no longer can call. I never know if Im chatting with a bot or human. The communication is just awful. Zazzle drop the ball on this one. It's not the quality Ive received in years past

Ive ordered quite a few tumblers over the years. Usually the color is sharp, bright and the same as shown online, if not better. But lately, this has not been the case. This order along with my last tumbler order did not come put as expected. The colors were faded, not bright at all. The words were straining to read. Not as vibrant and clear as my many tumblers in the past have been. I was very disappointed because it is a gift item for a grieving young lady who's Mom & Dad passed. I didn't bother trying to reach customer service because its too much hassle now that customers cant speak to anyone over the phone. I more than likely will not be ordering this product anymore.
