I wanted to love this, but I’ve had the keychain less than a week and the design fell out. Whatever Zazzle used to stick the design to the keychain was very weak.

The image piece came off when I opened the package. I put it back. Not happy with the product. The image seemed off centered. Quality of artwork not good.

If the orientation of your design is important, don't purchase this. Every mugs is aligned in a different way with the logo facing all different directions. As far as the cup itself, the lid cap does not seal completely.

Frankly, this item is rather cheesy and cheap appearing. One can tell it is poorly made. I am rarely disappointed by a product from Zazzle, but this one is not up to your usual standards.
