very good quality, great for a gift. Well at first the print was not what I had requested (error), but once I brought this to customer support's attention, they sent me another cup with the correct printing right away and had it over-nighted to me so I could get it in time for my friend's birthday. My husband had been complaining that all my coffee mugs were too small. I bought him the jumbo mug for Christmas and he loves it. The cup is made nicely and is not too heavy. The mug came in a box about 3 times the size of it. It was wrapped in several feet of large bubble pack. Thankfully that kept it from any shipping damage. I was a little worried when the heavy clear packing tape was taped right over my image but I was able to slowly peel it away and nothing was damaged. The printing is excellent. I am thrilled to see how clear the image printed. There do not appear to be any defects in the printing. The printing is smooth and seamless on the cup. I love how it turned out.
