Really like the product, came out better than expected, very happy with it overall. Only complaint - I ordered the two-tone mug and thought I'd ordered the inside to be red, but I got white instead. Not sure whether I screwed it up or you did, but either way I'm not unhappy with the white. My logo printed on top of the checkered flag came out great - the black of the logo is just as black as the checks - something I was worried wouldn't be right. The printing is nice and sharp. Haven't washed it yet - will use it at an upcoming special occasion before risking anything with it.

The design is gorgeous and I love the ability to customize the colors of the mug. I chose the two-tone mug with maroon to complement the design of the flowers and love how it turned out. I only wish I had made the handle colored too (the "combo" mug). Perfect gift for any occasion! The colors of the mug were gorgeous and the print was a decent quality. There was a little speck of gold that didn't print in big block letter of the name but I don't mind. I bought the item on sale (<$10) and for the price I paid I thought the quality was reasonable.
