A rainbow safety pin design. Safety pins are worn for many reasons, from punk rock fashion, to a statement of solidarity with marginalised people.
The outline is black ink, drawn with a loose sketchy feel. Splashes of rainbow paint (violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red) colour the pin and wash out into the background. Though it looks like watercolour, it's actually diluted acrylic paint.
