We personally analyze and inspect every Custom Pen after being completed. Our Quality Control department will analyze different aspects of the writing instrument like the click mechanism, twist mechanism, the nib, ink cartridge, quality of the craftsmanship on wood, and fitting of hardware components. All the adjustments are done to make sure that the customer always receives pens of highest quality.
