The actual line is “Nothing pays off like restraint of tongue and pen” from page 91 of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions as they talk about Step 10: “Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.” These days, it’s wise to add keyboard to tongue and pen to keep us from sending that accusatory email we can’t take back. This card helps you to hold your tongue by securing it in place with the pen you can no longer use. Notice that the ink is green – the color of jealousy and envy. A great gift for your trudging buddy, or a nasty hint for someone who should shut their trap. Card is blank inside. Restrain your pen and just write "Love… me."

What strikes me most about this card on opening the envelope is the stunning color and the beautiful close up. The card itself lends it to a feel good touch as well so its a lot of senses perked! Unusual color scheme is clearly visible on the art. Not many artist try to emphasize that as an artist they can see things different so long they look beautiful. This is an UNIQUE image.
I bought a bunch of 34 different cards as like to give a different card to each of my friend which makes it very personal. When friends talk with each other, they appreciate the gesture all the more.
