This is the European robin. It is one of the most common birds in Europe and populates western Europe and the British Isles year round. That is why you see it sitting on a snowy branch. The distinctive orange breast of both sexes of the European Robin contributed to its original name of redbreast. (It is fascinating to note that orange as the name of a color was unknown in English until the sixteenth century, when the fruit of that name had been introduced.) In the fifteenth century, when it became popular to give human names to familiar species, the bird came to be known as Robin redbreast, which was eventually shortened to Robin.

Unusual color scheme is clearly visible on the art. Not many artist try to emphasize that as an artist they can see things different so long they look beautiful. This is an UNIQUE image.
I bought a bunch of 34 different cards as like to give a different card to each of my friend which makes it very personal. When friends talk with each other, they appreciate the gesture all the more. What strikes me most about this card on opening the envelope is the stunning color and the beautiful close up. The card itself lends it to a feel good touch as well so its a lot of senses perked!
