About This Design

Save Yourself Postcard

She is not waiting to be rescued. She is the rescue. The front of this postcard captures the moment of reaching back for yourself and pulling yourself onto solid ground. The back carries five affirmations to return to when you catch yourself waiting again. Tape it to your mirror. Tuck it in your journal. Send it to a friend who keeps forgetting who she is.
