This particular template was not easy to use. Tough resizing the individual photos to fit each window. However, although I did not see an error in my original finished product until I placed the order, Zazzle cancelled my order on request and gave me the opportunity to fix the problem and reorder. I would have liked the card stock to be glossy for a more professional look, but the images were clear and the overall outcome was acceptable.
