But I never received it. Certainly did not delivered time for the event I was hosting.
Purchased on 1/18/2022 with a posted delivery date from both UPS and USPS (their shipping partners) initially on 1/24 and then later on it changed to 1/25 - 1/28. Event was on 1/29. Still don't have it and it's 1/31/2022.
Did I mention that I paid for premium shipping, to have it delivered to my address within 4-5 days once they completed filling and / or manufacturing the item? According to my account, the order I placed was available to ship on 1/25 with the mailing vendor picking it up that same day. Again, the event date was 1/29/2022
Their customer service department certainly did NOTHING to help me and told me I should call UPS and USPS to "see" where my package was at.
Would have been nice to offer more help rather than directing me to call THEIR shipping partners. Or issue a refund on the products IF the order wasn't delivered on time for the party. When I reached out to them on 1/25 asking about creating and shipping a new set. However, I was told that even if they created a new set, it will still not arrive on time for the event. No offer to resolving any of my concerns.
Would NOT recommend using Zazzle. I certainly won't be using them again if their customer service continues to remain apathetic to its costumers. Wouldn’t know since I never received the product; certainly not by the event date.
