Easy to install. However the lamp swings more than I would want it to because it isn't very heavy at all. I did accomplish not having a lamp on the nightstand though. The pattern is a little busier than I realized from the on-line picture. I'm not totally dissappointed, but I probably wouldn't order it again. The print is a little more muted than I expected. I think of Steampunk as being bold and unusual. Not sure this is really a good example of steampunk, but I was trying to grab the feminine side of steampunk.

I like this lamp much better than the hanging lamp that I bought to match. This works well on the desk and I love the pull chain. I think that if I bought this lamp again I would buy a lighter colored solid shade to have a little more light thrown on the desk. The printing looks a little off-center, but I think that is the way this print is supposed to be.

We like it. The gray is gray (trim), the colors look nearly identical to the artwork we used. We ordered two endtable lamps and a hanging lamp. All in linen. With white bulbs you can't really see what the print is, but when they are off you can see them. We like it. The gray is gray (trim), the colors look nearly identical to the artwork we used.
