I purchased this item on 12/13/21 with a “Zazzle Black” membership and only because it said the delivery would be before Christmas. On the Zazzle website, it said that this product shipped on 12/15/21, however, I have still not received it (& today is 1/5/22). Had I know this product would not arrive by Christmas, I would have never purchased it. This product was a gift for friends who were visiting & who have already flown back home to Europe. Now they will never get their present, because I am not going to pay for international shipping. I am also canceling my “Zazzle Black” membership, because it is worthless - I am paying for a membership that does not promise any early deliveries at all. This is the third time this has happened.

Unfortunately we placed this order to late to receive by Christmas, but it arrived as scheduled. The ornament is cute, the quality of the ornament and picture are great. We look forward to giving this gift to our daughter at a later date.

Ordered one for myself, then ordered one for everyone!! Loved that you can customize “grandparents” with whatever names they chose to be called. Also HUGE plus that it’s acrylic, so it won’t break like the ceramic options.
