Everything went smoothly and look good.

Does not lay flat at all on the wall, curved when screwed into the wall. layers separated since the cover was bowed. not sure if the screw holes are at the correct spot,

The order was late. Expected 5/8, it changed to 5/13. It was to be presented to a co-worker on 5-11-26. I didn't pay for this type of service. My advice is to order at least 2 weeks in advance. Unsatisfied, and very disappointed!

We use the awards to honor the top Outstanding Bee Students for our two teams in Middle School. They are perfect and adorable for 6th grade. We add an engraved plague on the back with the students name, year, etc. This is our 2nd year to use this award.

I ordered four (4) for my husband and four (4) for myself. The seller correctly printed the personalization for one tag for each of us. I filed a complaint and was assigned a Case Number on April 14, and the customer support team was supposed to reach out to me within "1-2 business days." I have not heard from them. I called today and left a message on the +1 404 983 2800 line. The customized luggage tags were expensive, and I expected a resolution.

I have used this designer several times and my name plates always look great on my desk. They are fast have quality work.
