I ordered this puzzle for my grandson a month before Christmas, got notification it was ready to ship 6 days later, then it got lost in the mail. I contacted customer service who immediately reordered and express shipped it to me at no extra charge. It arrived in time for Christmas and was worth the wait.

This puzzle looks like it is printed on clear plastic pieces and comes in a storage tin with the picture attached to the top of the tin made from the same material as the puzzle pieces. The color is vibrant ans true, and it looks quite impressive. I am very happy with this item!

It looks great. A couple of the ribbons to hang them with were fraying at the end though.

Product quality sucks as it never arrived. I ordered this item a month ago and it shows as shipped to me and to date I haven’t received it. I sent numerous e-mails asking about the status of order and I have never heard back from Zazzle. Very disappointed and will never order anything from this vendor

Very nice gift! The pictures look great :). The only reason the order was received later than expected was due to USPS delays at Christmas time - not due to the initial shipping date.

I ordered this Dec 6, it was supposedly shipped out and due to arrive Dec 15, it’s now Dec 21 and still no package. I email and an automatic email comes back saying it will take 1-2 days for someone to respond! $24 out but lesson learned, very disappointed.
