I never used Zazzle before. I ordered an engagement ornament for my son and his fiancé mid November. I had been tracking the shipment after being notified it was on the way. I live in MA they live in CA. The order suddenly stopped being tracked Nov 30 in CA. I waited 10 days and realized it must be lost. I figured I was out the money and by now too late to get for Christmas. Decided to try and contact the company but figured I would be in phone hell. Not only did a rep answer on the 3rd ring, they said it looks lost. "Let's get that remade asap, no charge and we will overnight at our expense." I was so impressed! My son and fiancé received and they love it. Will definitely recommend this company!

I love making these as gifts for various occasions. This particular one was for my niece who recently became a big sister right before Christmas. The printing came out exactly as I expected and while the delivery was late, I still got it well within time to give as a Christmas gift.

This is the perfect ornament for 2020! It is so adorable and you can add a photo on the back. I struggled to get the picture to fit and to center it, but after 15 attempts and redoing it, I finally got it perfect.

Printing was good, but not excellent. Seems light, but still appropriate for the item.

Ordered and received the Rudolph the Face Masked Reindeer. It is well made and so appropriate for 2020 (it's a dated ornament). Sending to family members as a "funny" reminder of the extra precautions we had to take in 2020 due to the Covid pandemic.

If you ever travel you know that probably 90% of the bags are black and look very similar. I purchased these tags for a number of family members. They all turned out great and what a cute way to identify your bags. These are so nice I will be adding them to wedding presents for sure.

I'm redoing our Christmas tree with ornaments that reflect places we have traveled to in the past. For some of them, I used photos I had taken and made them into ornaments and documented the when and where on the back. I think they are great. I don't have to worry about them breaking.

On November 7, 2020, I lost my beloved fur baby Toby after a sudden, brief illness. Losing him has been a very painful experience, so I decided to commemorate his life with a Christmas ornament using one of my favorite photos of him. I combed the internet for JUST the right design for my Toby, but I couldn't find anything close to the image and wording I had in my head. Thankfully, I came across a Google search result for Zazzle. I was so thrilled to find a website that allowed me to customize so many aspects of my Christmas ornament exactly as I had envisioned. When I received my package yesterday and examined the finished product, I was brought to tears. It came out beautifully. Each time I pass by my Christmas tree, I look at my precious pup and smile. Some may think it's silly, but this little ornament is helping me heal. Thank you so much to Zazzle for a job well done.

The image quality is clear and detailed. The coloring is a tiny bit darker than I was expecting, but it still came out nicely.
