The product is great. I love the tags, Problem occurred when the tags were sent to my previous address I had ordered for before. That was a different state and I did not know the new owners of my old house and no way to get the product. I notified company and they fixed the problem by sending new ones at no additional charge. This time they came quick and to my door. Thanks.

The item came sooner than expected which was great. Just in time for a retirement party for a nurse. What a great memento of her uniform, name and hospital name. It's absolutely adorable!!!

It came out clear and color is as pictured. It has a design of the stethoscope on the reverse side which was a surprise.

I have ordered roughly 100 of these keychains over the last few years. They are all very high quality and I have not heard of any issues from my clients. I would say, beware of long ship times for larger orders. The price is somewhat on the high end for the application I am using them for but I'm still happy and tried to catch them when they are on sale.

This was absolutely not worth the price. This was only customized with a name and that’s the only thing that came right. The product was flimsy and visibly of poor quality. Color was incorrect (yellow not gold) and did not match the corresponding product purchased (which was supposed to be gold but came orange)

Had an issue on the the shipping, once I noticed it I contacts customer service and they were on it! I appreciate that. The ornament was lovely!
