I ordered 2 personalized luggage tags and only received 1 in my shipment. I communicated with Zazzle and was informed a replacement was processed. I have heard nothing since Dec. 19. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my newly engaged niece. The one I received was great. I was upset that my order was not correct, but very disappointed in the follow up.

Perfect for our first Christmas as Mr & Mrs! This was the design for our wedding invites. Sooooo perfect match!

Very satisfied with way my purchase my luggage tag is very cute nice work Only problem I had was delivery no update it was 4 days after the promised date I guess it was loss even though it said delivered but I finally got it Customer service was great they were going to rush me a new one two days later it finally showed up other then that everything was great

I used the cute red truck design for our annual personalized ornaments that we give grandma. The ornaments were printed well and the ribbon for hanging is plenty long. Very happy with my purchase. Shipping took a while but the package came a day before we needed them.

It was a Christmas gift for my daughter-she loved it!

I made this set if acrylic coasters gor my daughter and son-in-law of their new kitties for Christmas. They turned out great and they loved them. This is the second set of Zazzle coasters I have made them. The other set was years ago and we like the quality so much I decided to make another set with the new kitties.

Turned out cute. Pic is of my Miley kitty. Don’t care for the name font though.

The tropical picture was beautiful, but the names and phone numbers were in a tiny font and printed in red ink. You couldn't see the information!
