I customized this piece quite heavily, but that was easy to do. The way it was shipped was done wonderfully. It was packed in a way that protected the award in a way that would do it's best with cracking. It was also delivered earlier than anticipated.

The colors were exactly as expected and so was the text and font selected.

I ordered one for a gift and liked it so much that I ordered 10 more for Christmas gifts. The acrylic is thick and my pictures were reproduced perfectly.
