Our original order was lost in the mail, and Zazzle quickly remade our customized puzzle and sent it out. It arrived in days, even despite the Christmas rush! Couldn't be happier with the customer service.

The quality was honestly exceptional. I will be ordering more in the future!

Ordered December 6, 2022 was supposed to arrive December 19, 2022 never showed up tracking stopped on the 15th contacted customer service requested a replacement they said it can’t be here until sometime mid January and it was a Christmas gift. Now the tracking claims it was picked up at the post office during the winter storm we had…still don’t have the item and no one in my household picked it up from the post office. Haven’t heard anything else from customer service, still don’t have tracking info for the replacement item. The whole situation is frustrating and I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from zazzle again.

Perfect! Sharp and clear image

Purchased for friend and her kids for Christmas. It’s perfect for them as it is only 60 pieces. The pieces are sturdy making them easy for small hands to work with. The box is so fun with the photo on top. Opens without difficulty but is tight enough to stay on.

The photo was clear and looked better than I expected, both on box top and puzzle pieces. This was a gift so I don’t have pictures to share. But trust me… it’s a perfect gift.

These luggage tags are not only beautiful, but they’re also well made! Lately when traveling you sometimes have to check your carry-on bags because there’s no room in the overhead compartments! It’s nice to know my bags are properly identified and easier to find at the luggage carousel upon my destination!

The colors are rich & vibrant and the printing was perfect!

I liked that I could personalize this ornament with my grand dog's name. The confetti around the photo was nice, and made it special.

The photo came out clear, but I wish I could size the photo while making it. Overall, it was very cute.

Design was EXACTLY as described and my customization was duplicated spot on for this occasion. Was surprised that the 2nd side also included the MIZZOU logo !

Printing was very clear.

Although the script font and color matched the logo, I wish it had been darker (especially the logo) so that you copuld see and read easier. It is swell made and sturdy.

The printing is legible but the logo is small and does not show up as well as the lettering. Ther should be a way to edit logo and make it larger. I gave this is a gift and they are delighted with the nsmeplate.
