I finally got it 7 days late. Beautiful product.

I was pleasantly surprised by the tag. It was better than I expected. It was well made of 2 plexiglass sheets with the printed material fused between the two. The design was perfect. My only issue was the website. It was not very intuitive so I struggled a bit and it led to a problem with the final product. When I called to explain what happened, then talked me through it and remade the tags at no cost. The final product came in perfect.

My friends send me a photo of their dear German Short Haired Pointer that passed away and I created two keepsake ornaments for them. The photo was clearly reproduced and the printing sharp. One ornament was ceramic; the other plastic. BOTH were beautiful and the two sided reproduction was perfect.

The website design project is pretty easy. Looks very professional on the wall. I thought this project took a little longer to receive than others I have done. Therefore the 4 starts.

The images were printed with good clarity and quality. looks great on the wall. Very, very well packed.

Was supposed to arrive 11/2, when it didn’t arrive by 11/10, Zazzle got involved. On 11/15 original arrived but it was broken. Because Zazzle jumped in, the new tray arrived on 11/17. Any company can have shipping problems or broken items but what matters is how they handle the issue. It says no personal info so I can’t name the Zazzle customer support individual but she set the standard for how a responsible company handles the issue. The tray itself is everything I wished for in a product. I make candy in December and since my sweet dog passed away in July, I wanted his picture and pictures of the animals of the vets, technicians and receptionists on the tray. I can’t wait to fill it with homemade candy and give it to them in December. Thank you Zazzle.
