Thought I was getting a cloth-covered notebook but was sadly disappointed. I saw it after the fact that they do tell you it's not made out the material you're seeing (which looks like burlap), but I missed that. You pay a lot for regular notebook that has a name put on the front. Won't do it again!

I was under the impression this notebook was fabric!! Turns out it’s just crappy plastic!! I paid $40.00 for a s#!++¥ plastic notebook!! I’m really angry!!

The "Pretty in Paris" binder is not as shown. The graphic on the front of the binder is so pale it can barely be seen. For the money and time this took, this is unacceptable and I will not trust ordering from this vendor or Zazzle in the future.

The family tree binder came out great! It was easy to personalize and the quality was good.

Album is nice but photo on cover is not good. I should have been notified that the picture needed to be uploaded in different format or upload a different picture before they made the album and shipped it to me.

It was double printed and it ruined it as a Christmas gift to my daughter. Your site won't let me upload the photo. But, I would love to get it correctly printed.

I was very pleased with my notebook. It was everything they said it would be. It would be nice if they would add the option to purchase photo album pages for the inside if one wants some.

Very cheap looking. Price was not worth the product. Very disappointed.

This book looks white with black lettering which is what I expected. However it's more cream with a kind of dark brown lettering. I wasn't crazy about that. It's also made of a cheaper plastic like your regular stock 3 ring folders.

The product ended up having scuff marks all over the white parts of the binder. It’s super disappointing. This was supposed to be a gift for my mother in law and I’m feeling hesitant to give it to her at this point. I won’t be using Zazzle again.
