it was great! Wished it came w/ some sleeves but that was no big deal. made for a great custom gift!

I looked and my package was not at my front door.

The “purple” was such a soft color I thought it was white. Plus, one of my rings on the notebook does not line up completely correct. So, when I turn pages it gets caught on the top ring every single time. The image was good though. I guess I am just a little disappointed.

I am a small business owner who relies on timely delivery of printed materials for my clients, and my experience with Zazzle has been unacceptable. This is now the second time I have ordered a custom binder through Zazzle and the second time the order has effectively disappeared before reaching me. In both cases, I paid for expedited shipping. The most recent order was supposed to arrive yesterday. When it did not arrive, I contacted FedEx directly. FedEx advised me they had no pickup confirmation and no record indicating the package had actually entered their possession. When I contacted Zazzle support, I was informed that the package was considered "lost in transit" and was immediately offered a replacement. While I appreciate the representative's professionalism, the response raises serious concerns. If FedEx never received the package, then the issue appears to be occurring before the shipment reaches the carrier. What is most frustrating is that there is no phone support. Customers are forced into chat sessions, routed through automated systems, and then told to wait days for internal departments to investigate. This may be convenient for Zazzle, but it is not convenient for customers whose businesses depend on receiving orders on time. The replacement process means I now have to wait several additional business days for production and shipping, despite paying for expedited service in the first place. The delay has affected my ability to deliver materials to my own

The cover of the vacation binder is missing a word in the title. It's a little word, but a very important word - "a" for "At a Time."

Really great gift for a teacher! Sturdy and holds a lot.

Very upset as my grandson is graduating and I may not be able to finish this memory album on time. It is still in transit after 19 days. I hope it is presentable when it arrives , if it ever arrives. It was supposed to be here 3 days ago. This will be my last order with zazzle.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with this order. For the price I expected a lot more. This is the same binder I could get at Walmart for $5 just with a cute design and fuzzy printing. It is poor quality and has a pungent smell that has not subsided. It is nauseating. I do not see this binder lasting more than maybe, and that is a big maybe, 3 years, and that is with minimal use. The description of the product was not clear on whether this product included any form of pages for recipes or anything of the sort, though the price did suggest so. It was a rip off. The image is available on the Eisenhower foundation and a better quality product could have been obtained by printing the design and sliding it in a cheap binder from the school supply isle.

It was perfect. The blunder was my error It should read Griffin-Fowler Family Favorites; "The" should be omitted. I am going to reorder it the same exact way with my family's emblem in its place. Thank you for the credit, Zazzle.

The quality of the binder and print was less than satisfactory. The binder itself was very cheap with the seams peeling. The design had also bled so there was a light hue of pink surrounding the red print.

Being a lover of vintage pattens I just think these are the cutest! Thank you for customizing these for me Julie! They are perfect! I’ll be ordering more soon

I bought this book for my beach rental, that has info regarding the area and restaurants and important info. I took a picture off of my phone. It turned really nice and I’m so happy I went with Zazzle. I credit my older daughter for suggesting this.

Truthfully, for $30 each, I was expecting more. The designs are cute, but that is honestly the most I can say. The quality of the binders is the same as a $5 binder from Walmart, I can see it lasting maybe 3 years of average use. There is a pungent smell I assume is from the printing process that will not subside and makes me nauseous to be around.
