I love to capture the beauty and elegance of cats through photography. The name of my store is "Eye of the Cat" because a cat's eyes are incredibly mesmerizing, and reveal the depth of their intelligence, their whimsy, and the ancient predatory nature of their ancestors. It is my desire to dispel the notion of the "crazy cat lady" and to encourage the appreciation of these incredible animals. All of the photos are of my own cats or the cats of Abandoned Animal Rescue, which is a no-kill animal shelter where I volunteer. Located in Tomball, Texas, Abandoned Animal Rescue (AAR) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) animal shelter, managed and run completely by volunteers. AAR's mission is to save the lives of abandoned and homeless cats and dogs and place them in loving forever homes.
