About
Global Health Science Institute, a 501(c)(3) non-profit is a small group focus Our small group focuses on addressing crucial gaps in healthcare, such as improving prenatal care where it is way below the national average (for example, in southern New Mexico it is as low as 40% percent versus 80% nationally) and designing a non-surgical program for the elderly with non-cancer brain issues by combining FDA-cleared instruments so even rural clinics and clinics on Reservations can do. We will provide clinics with the essentials to accomplish the above for other clinics to copy for free. While we do this, this gives us time to create in-house life-saving devices for disaster scenarios.
Well, why this small group strategy? The creator [see Director & Applications Scientist navigation tab on www.GHSii.org] was involved in research at the National Institutes of Health and Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. With small teams, he helped pioneer a process for producing a vital protein that was used by corporations for the development of HIV drugs and pioneered a rapid field process for the detection at the same time of four bacteria that are used in bioterrorism. Through these experiences, he realized that solving important human problems doesn't always require large teams in castles, but does require strategic partnerships.
Now, we cannot achieve these goals alone just like in my past experiences. We actively seek strategic partnerships and would love to share more. Explore our website at www.GHSii.org or if you like to type www.GlobalHealthScienceInstitute.org
