This is a design that I sell so I won't speak to that aspect, but I'm so pleased with the quality of this notebook. I am downright addicted to designing for my Zazzle shop and ordered this as a tester for seeing the hard cover's quality as well as the print quality of this particular design (it has a paper texture overlay to the clouds). In the past I had only ordered softcover, but wow the difference is worth it. There is a slight heft to the hardcovers and a more matte print. I'm extremely happy to know that my customers will receive a product that is this nice!

I paid for expediting shipping, which basically cost more than the book itself, and I was thrilled when it miraculously arrived before Christmas. However, the package and book were bent in half, as you can see in the picture, leaving permanent creases across the cover and a warped book. It is a hard cover, so there was no room for repair. I'm both highly surprised and disappointed. I'm usually pleased with what I order from Zazzle. The design, itself, was nicely done though.

The book was beautiful and perfect for the birthday girl! Shipping was super fast!

terrible!! I asked for plain white pages and you confirmed this. I got my books and they have a printed border!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Quality is not the bestia very thin & magnet is not strong! Is better at Vista print, the print is off by 2cm, customer service not good I call! Operator answer but direct you to chat Ai or email, terrible service!!

Extremely frustrated with my order! As you can see the image is mis aligned. They gladly offered a replacement and expedited shipping. Came in the mail and it’s the same thing, mis aligned. I asked for refund and new item since it’s now been such an inconvenience and they denied. I could only choose one or the other. Since I got a second magnet in the first order that was completely fine I really just wanted the correct item as I’d only have half of my pets. I only agreed for a replacement if they put it through quality check and can you guess what happened next? BOOM the same mis aligned image a third time. I now have three incorrect magnets. This is such a waste of if product, time and money. How can someone allow this to happen? Completely unacceptable

Very nice quality book.

I only received one of the two magnets I ordered and paid for. I used the costumer service online and it said I would hear back in a few business days. That was weeks ago now. Still no magnet or my money back for the one I never received.

This was the second time I ordered a customized planner with my daughter’s name. Her name keeps getting printed down in the design on the front cover of her planner. At least this time it actually printed her name in the correct area on top. Don’t ever order from this website.

Too expensive for a poor quality planner. I understand the personalization. But, it’s not worth $30. Too small not enough pages. I bought one last year that cost me $13 and had better pages, thicker and bigger. Don’t waste your money. You can buy a planner and personalize it yourself. Soooooo disappointed! With the shipping and tax I should have bought a $40 gc to ulta beauty.
