After using for the third time, the ink did not show up on half the letters. I needed this for my crafts. May I send it back?

it is great. just what i ordered.

I am greatly satisfied with the product and service!

It was perfect! Exactly what we wanted.

This is my third embosser and the quality is fantastic!!

I dont know if its the ink pad provided? But the stamp NEVER comes out right. Half is always missing

I like the idea, however it's not printing in deep color. I thought it would print and like great just like in the pictures. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

Just the right size for the desk or mantle, makes for a very nice travel present.

Wow. Not too often I open something I have ordered online and say, “this is SO MUCH NICER than I had thought it would be”!! But this is! Heavy, beautifully crafted, bottom is finished, comes in a classy black box. I am impressed and my sister will love, love, this gift!! Well done!

This is EXACTLY what I hoped it would be! Thank you SO MUCH!!

Omg this os perfect I am ordering another one.

I used the recommended text size from the website but the stamp is way too small for a return address. The lettering is so thin that you can hardly see it and it wipes away when stamped even after I let it dry for a few minutes. Really disappointed with this -- I'll need to get another stamp.

They loved the address stamper

Seller did not respond at all when I messaged her right away after my purchase about changing the address to go to a different place. She didn't help me cancel and resubmit the order or anything. Just crickets. Now a pink unicorn frisbee is going to some random person's house, and my friend's kid (who apparently moved houses) is going to be without a gift they were promised and I'm out $20. This all could've been easily avoided if this seller responded at all.

This is a gift for a friend who loves hedgehogs. She loved it

Beautiful and creative stamp for my daughter who loved it. Quick service, too! Love it!

The (image) art and lettering is so tiny it’s a blur. Read carefully the size of this stamp image before you order it.

It was everything I ordered and I’m loving it.

Thanks it perfect will order again.

In the preview my logo was perfect but when the stamp came it was not. The full logo doesn't print when you stamp it. The lightning bolt is missing.

The perfect touch to add to our save the dates, wedding invites, and all mail after that! I love the way it looks and the simple 2 letter design is perfect and exaclty what we were looking for.

It works satisfactorly

I absolutely could not be happier! how stinking cute!

The trick is to roll the label rather than stamping it. Once we figured that out, every address turns out perfectly. Super easy to use, love it!
