My life has been a huge journey, I suffered an almost fatal stroke, my family disintegrated, overcame alcohol misuse, and overcame severe mental health difficulties which all led me to become a trained life coach. Since my stroke I have become very creative which I have tapped into to bring my coaching to life. I want to inspire, empower and give hope using life as my muse.
