I ordered a placemat with a family photo for my father with dementia. Unfortunately it was ruined immediately when we wiped it down. I didn't realize I was ordering a disposable placemat.

Needed more color to the train and background.

Every single deck, obviously ordered for wedding favors, included an order card right inside the display window so every box had to be opened to remove it; favors no longer perfect. Also, 8 boxes arrived damaged and I’m still waiting for replacements.

I paid alot of money for rush shipping to have my order before my wedding. They split it into two shipments. One was supposed to arrive sept 3rd, one sept 4th. I got my 1st shipment and the second wont wont arrive until the 8th now and my wedding is the 6th!! Super disappointed in this company. I would have never paid all the extra money for more expensive shipping or even put a order in with this company. I should have used someone else.

Absolutely made my sister cry. She loved the cards for her Aug. Birthday and the pillow with same Pic in her wedding room suit. Put it on the bed with decorations omg my baby sister was crying. Thank you Zazzel always my go to for monogram 🥰

High quality cards…delivered as advertised

Great gift idea. It’s just the pictures were small. I wish they would’ve designated certain sizes because part of our photos were cut off. Or at least let us know which ones won’t fit this designated sizes that they offer but for as many pictures we had on there was really good.

The cards are great perfect. Two of the box tops were a little ripped. I was wondering if maybe two empty boxes could be mailed to me?

Very happy with the Clown face playing cards, I do wish you had even more to choose from.
