When you are designing the logo it looks bigger and when they send it’s smaller than what you design.

I designed logo to fit the entire circle however it was not received that way

I ordered a custom patch with a hook and loop velcro backing. While the custom design turned out great, the velcro is low-quality and the patch frequently falls off my backpack. I have several (over six) other velcro patches and all of them remain affixed.

Well I hope you have a really good magnifying glass because the personalized patches I bought for my grandsons gift are so small they are invisible to the human eye. I paid over $20.00 for two microscopic patches. What a hoax!
