What I got vs. what I thought I was getting from the website. Yes it is only the 1.5” however the clarity is subpar and you can barely see the image much less read the text. Overall the printing is very fuzzy and unintelligible. Very disappointed.

Ordered and received before Xmas. But, I thought the name was embroidered. So, I am dissatisfied with the product. Looking back it does not say the name is embroidered in the description so read carefully!!! I feel like I overpaid for fake printed names. 😕

There’s no customer service and shipping takes WAY too long and is unclear with any updates! Product couldn’t be shipped to address for some reason and was immediately shipped back to sender with NO update

The patch writing was so much lighter in the final mailed result…was very disappointed

The product was exactly what I ordered and I’m very happy with it. When the first patch was sent and it got lost thanks to the post office in Indianapolis I was expedited another patch right away which I have received. I will definitely use Zazzle again.

the patch that I received was too small from my uniforms and two small for what I needed would be willing to reorder the patch but looking to possibly change the patch up some

The printing came out great!

Everything came in perfect condition. The patches are quite durable and the adhesive option can resist water/other wear and tear very well. One problem is the lack of a proper reference when examining the size options. The 4” by 2” iron on patches I ordered were much bigger than I had anticipated, however everything is still as expected. Just a note for anyone ordering larger patches: make sure you take measurements for whatever you may need them for.

Was supposed to have Velcro Backing. Im a dissappointed.

My expected delivery date was not met and I needed it for an event.. it was more than 5 days late.
