I ordered the correct one and she said to keep the wrong one, and gave me credit. She said I could keep it or gift it or donate. I ordered two of these pins for a friend's wedding that is taking place in a week! It was shipped two weeks ago and I"M STILL WAITING for the order to arrive. If I had known this was going to happen, I would've ordered from a different company! I called four days ago and the woman in customer service said they would arrive within two days. Well... four days later!!!!

Printing? I still haven't received my order!!!

It came out a tiny bit blurry but overall it was very nicely done.

It's so pretty and so delicate to the touch. And the string itself is a great length. I just wish it was an actual locket instead of a plate on top of the other. Took me back a second when I first opened it, but it's still really pretty.

The printing came out just as I suspected, and it's really pretty and well developed. My only critique is I kind of wished it was a bit more glossy rather than matte, but it's still well done.
