It's a nice necklace, but not up to the standards that I am used to receiving from Zazzle, so I was a little disappointed in this item and it was more expensive. I would not order one again.

Picture was not very clear. It may have been the photo I selected, not sure.

I like the fact that it is encased for protection, water proof ,will not fade out (sigil). Therefore ,it should last a long time under these conditions. I can only imagine the sterling silver pendant as opposed to the silver plated only. Should I ever lose it I will order the more expensive one. Not every one is interseted in the sigils of angels but only the contemporary,traditional angel pendants.

The design is as it looked on my computer screen so I was not disappointed. It is what I had expected.

I had one necklace with individualized printing and it was beautifully done. Very impressed with the quality.

I think the price is a bit high, but I couldn't find anything else online that is better. I didn't want a "heart" shape, so this was good in that regard. Also...this is not a conventional locket in the sense that it doesn't open on a hinge. The round cover just hangs loosely over top of the photo; it is not attached to the bottom part, so it sways back and forth a little bit as you move. In some ways I like that feature because it shows others that ther is something underneath. On the other hand, if you want to keep the photo private (just your little secret), then this is not the product you want.

I wanted to wait to get this for my friend's wedding gift, but I couldn't wait! I got the 2"x2" for her birthday, and just had her name printed on the photo. She absolutely loved it. The only problem was there were some scuffs on the sides of the box lid, which I tried to fix with woodstain, but the box was stained after the scuffs so it didn't help. I was not disappointed enough to send it back! It was a great gift, and I loved the magnetic lid.

Absolutely beautiful printing! Even better than what I was expecting. I thought it would just be a print out underneath glass, but it is actually on the wood and then covered. Wonderful!

I bought this necklace with a very special dog in mind that I lost last year.I was thrilled to find this piece because the Sheltie had wings. The necklace is very pretty and very well made. Only one small but very important to me detail in the piece was the wings do not show up clearly. On the web site they do. Other than that I will cherish this piece of jewelry forever.

Like I mentioned the dogs wings are very very faint in the necklace.

Its of very nice quality and was suprised when it came with the chain.

I purchased this charm for my charm bracelet, so I wanted the smallest size. The charm is silver, nicely made and of substantial weight for the size. I was excited that it is water and UV ray resistant. I would recommend this product for anyone wanting to preserve a personal memory of someone special. Perfect for children's pictures, a wedding, an anniversary, etc.

Zazzle made it easy to download photo of my husband and I and create the charm. I used a photo with a very simple background, and even with reducing it to the smallest size, it came out beautiful! I am very happy with my purchase!

Great box. The lid stays on magnetically, not bulky. Enough room on the inside for some trinkets or jewelry. It is sturdy and the tile on top is protected from chipping by the frame of the box.

Crisp and clear. The message is easy to read the colors were the printed in the same tone as shown online.

I think this product is a good product but I should have gotten the larger size. The details are nearly impossible to see on the small size. My bad, not theirs. I thought the sterling was a bit expensive also.
