When the item arrived I realized it wasn't completely what I had ordered; however, I thought the item was still very nice. I decided to let you know that I had ordered a different base for the snow globe and you immediately responded that a new one was being prepared to my specifications and was being expedited. It was and it was perfect. I gave it to my friends as a memorial of their son who just passed away. They were pleased too!

I was really nervous about purchasing this product and how it would come out. Once I received it, I was amazed at how awesome it turned out. The quality was amazing and the fact that you could tailor the "confetti" was such a neat personalization option!

Liked the ability to create the snow globe with a picture & personalize it with text. The marble base was beautiful & we were amazed at the abundance of snow plus how long it stayed in the globe before settling down.

Overall very happy with this product & now our Grandson has a keepsake of his kitty, Ocho.

I loved it and he loved it.

My only issue is the words slightly cut off on the left. It’s not centered. Also, there weren’t enough color options for the words to stand out on the photo I chose for background.

Looked really good just forgot to put my red hearts in the globe...

i ordered this for our house and even my husband loved it. i wish it had music or a small tune to your first dance song or something meaningful but its still beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone who loves snow globes and is small enough to fit on a shelf and not be one of those big ones that look out of place.

because the globe is small the printing on it is very small and you have to look a little closer then i imagined to notice it. if it was more noticeable then i believe it would work better. i should have done bigger print for the date on the one side but without the snow floating around you can still notice it up close.
