Sofa City Sweethearts

Sofa City Sweethearts began in 2009 as a jewelry-making project. Many of my jewelry designs revolved around dogs, and I ended up realizing that maybe I was missing my calling. I've always loved pets, especially dogs. I started designing small collar charms for my own dogs, and slowly started selling my designs online. The business took off, and I've been pinching myself ever since. I've found something I love to do, and I hope I'm able to do this for many years to come. My biggest motivation is definitely my customers. Rarely a day goes by that I don't receive some sort of encouraging feedback. Online reviews or a message from a happy customer always makes my day. I'm very lucky to have such loyal customers. They are always eager to help me promote the business with Instagram posts and Facebook tags. The best feedback, though, comes from families whose pet was found and brought home because of one of my tags.
