Not as advertised. It’s a print of glitter, nothing sparkly or even shiny about this nameplate other than the silver holder.

Not worth it. Not glitter. It's paper. Made to cheaply made.

Completely bent wrong so everything looks slanted. I ordered 5 of these...sigh

These are nice name tags and work well for our needs.
