From what I can see on the picture he sent me the printing looked amazing.

In the first order that arrived, everything was as advertised - but it was packed so poorly that nearly all frames arrived scratched. Zazzle Support told me the company making these had a new person packing them. The replacement order arrived ONE MONTH LATER (and the communication around this replacement order was poor)...and when it arrived, it was NOT the same product advertised. Look at the photo of the first frames that I ordered (top photo/scratched) and the replacement frames (bottom photo/ NOT the item I ordered.) Quite frankly, this is bait and switch: Zazzle is advertising one product and sending an inferior different product. This will be my final order from this website.

On the original frames that arrived damaged due to poor packing, the printing was clear and looked good - it reflected the item in the photo on Zazzle's website. On the replacement frames, however, the printing looks terrible. It's difficult to read and the type is not as large as was advertised in the photo on Zazzle's site, nor is this the same product that is featured that was sent to me first and arrived damaged. Super disappointing all around. On one of the bait and switch items, The title is written at a terrible slant (second photo). The quality of what was sent is, quite honestly, embarassing for this company.

I received my order and everything was perfect until I saw the cufflinks. The last name of the recipient was the same size as his first and middle name. The last name initial was supposed to be larger than the rest of the letters.

Very unique item and so personal with the engraving. It was of good construction, very solid and good size. I received it just in time and it was not damaged.

Printing was perfect, good size and very professional.

My sister and her husband are wine connoisseurs so this was really perfect for them, they absolutely loved it. Its functional but also a keepsake for many years to come. It has a good weight to it and fit the bill perfectly.

I wasn't thrilled with the engraving but found it passable, just not as clean as I would have preferred it but for the money I thought it was ok.

I gave my boyfriend, brother and nephew each one off these wooden boxes/wallets for Christmas. They loved them! My brother actually got a little misty-eyed. They are absolutely beautiful and the quality is amazing! I highly recommend this gift!

I am very unhappy because I bought to celebrate a wedding anniversary on September 1st and until September 14th, I didn't receive it, I claimed and they seemed very helpful, and after sending me a shipment track number from the first shipment. Or it was a mistake or Zazzle won't ship, I am very disappointed and want to solve this.

The wood handle is of good quality and the engraving was exactly as I expected.
