I am a sweet, Georgia Peach, transplanted and prospering in the rich, beautiful soil of Alabama! I spent 20 years of my life, lost in grief and trying to "find my self". In June of 2008 that journey came to an end. I had tried everything, I knew to try, my life was broken beyond repair. The only thing I had power to change was me and I could not do that alone. On my front porch, I gave my life back to God. I began to read and study and slowly my life changed and my art changed. I had struggled for years to put images on canvas. As I started to pray over my paintings, the skill to paint would come. Today I paint with the inspiration that God gives me. I paint for his glory. I know God is alive! I know God is real because only he could have changed me! Praise be to the Lord!
