I am a health and lifestyle blogger and have been blogging about Ayurveda & Yoga for a few years now. Like everyone else, I also suffered from lifestyle diseases like back problems and skin problems. I embraced Ayurveda and yoga in my everyday life and found solutions to my health issues. My love for healthy living inspired me to help others and Yogic Tradition is just an endeavour to do the same. Indian Vedas, and Hindu scriptures are filled with knowledge that I strive to share with the world. The art pieces that I create in my shop, are inspired by the immense knowledge of Indian scriptures, Sanskrit and Yogic practices, hence the name 'Yogic Tradition'.
