From my first order, which was not the correct size (my fault!) to this order, which I got larger (16 x 20) my Artisan was SO EASY to contact and work with!!! MK was AWESOME!! Also…I contacted Customer Service and the company HONESTLY CARES about your satisfaction!!! They refunded my money, and I started over on the design!! This order was absolutely PERFECT!!! I was so proud to give one to my Momma, as we just lost Daddy six months ago….seeing their wedding pic, and all the old photos in the shape of a heart…well it was a special moment!! I also gifted three others to family, who were so overjoyed to get them. Honestly? It would have been perfect if I had thought ahead, to have one done for Daddy’s Memorial….so if you are on the fence…GO WITH ZAZZLE, and watch your photos DAZZLE!!!
